Kridha Type displays third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense, to support the free tier of our platform. By using Kridha Type, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the platform.

Premium subscribers may access an ad-free experience as part of their subscription benefits. The availability and pricing of ad-free subscriptions are subject to change.

You agree not to interfere with advertisements displayed on the platform, including but not limited to using ad-blocking software in a manner that violates the platform's intended user experience, or clicking on ads fraudulently.

All content, design, branding, logos, and software associated with Kridha Type are the intellectual property of Kridha Type Systems and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (such as custom typing tests, feedback, and profile information) remains the property of the respective users. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant Kridha Type a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the platform's functionality.

Kridha Type offers optional premium subscription plans with enhanced features. Subscription details, pricing, billing cycles, and available features are described on our Subscriptions page.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Refund policies are subject to the terms specified at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Kridha Type is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kridha Type Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Kridha Type in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Kridha Type at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the platform, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
